Lacey is an Assistant Vice President and Secretary of the TVPX companies. Lacey joined TVPX as a Transaction Coordinator in 2005. She immediately contributed to TVPX’s business by systematizing the company’s 1031 processes and documentation, which allowed TVPX to vastly expand its efficiency and accuracy. Lacey also assumed the primary responsibility of managing aircraft closings for TVPX and is recognized by the industry as an expert in 1031 exchanges and business aircraft closings. Today TVPX handles more 1031 exchanges of business aircraft than any other provider. Recently, Lacey has been instrumental in the development and growth of TVPX’s owner trust business. Lacey has made presentations on 1031 exchanges and owner trusts to major aircraft manufacturers and other aircraft professionals.
