In 2012, KC Ihlefeld was named the Senior Vice President of Aircraft Management at Gama Aviation, the premier aircraft management company with the largest fleet of managed business jets in the United States. With over 20 years of experience in the private aviation industry, KC specializes in business development, client relations, charter services and aircraft management sales. Beginning his career in aircraft finance at GE Capital, KC developed his keen awareness to varying client needs as well as his ability and desire to ensure the clients’ upmost satisfaction. For nearly 7 years KC has served as the Senior Vice President and has molded Gama Aviation’s aircraft management department. With his unique depth of skills and experiences he has helped grow the fleet of managed assets to over 200 aircraft. Much of his success has been achieved through his dedication to provide the highest level of service to clients and cultivate relationships with private aviation’s top influencers in aircraft brokerage, finance, legal, and other aviation services. At Gama, he has streamlined the aircraft and client account management process as well as the onboarding process to safeguard a smooth fleet addition and provide clients with exceptional flight experience.
As a subject matter expert, KC is a frequent speaker and panelist at many aviation forums. Prior to joining Gama, he has held sales and executive roles with several other successful aviation service providers.
