Ted Abear is a Business Banker at Deerwood Bank with a decade of experience assisting clients with their financing needs, focusing on aircraft lending, commercial real estate financing, equipment loans, and SBA loan programs. At Deerwood Bank, our philosophy is not a “one-size-fits all” approach but rather is tailored to offer unique and creative financing solutions for borrower’s needs. While some banks tend to be more of a traditional asset-based lender, Deerwood’s focus is relationship-based as more emphasis is placed on underwriting the borrower first and the asset second.
