Rhonda Maggiacomo is a Partner in the Providence office of Lewis Brisbois and a member of the Business Aviation Practice.
Rhonda has over 25 years’ experience assisting Fortune 500 companies, large international corporations, ultra-high net-worth clients, and family offices with all aspects of aviation financing for large long-range business jets, commercial aircraft, helicopters, and aircraft engines. Her experience includes structuring, documenting, negotiating and syndicating aircraft financing transactions for various types of finance structures including loans and leases for whole ownership and fractional ownership. Her expertise extends to title and perfection issues related to acquiring, owning, and registering aircraft with the International Registry and the Federal Aviation Administration. In addition to aviation assets, Rhonda also has experience with general equipment financing for other asset types, including transportation assets, manufacturing, rail and vessels.
