Michelle Burrell Sherman began her Rolls-Royce career in the Washington, D.C. office in October of 1991 as the Assistant to the Vice President of Government Relations and quickly moved on to Manager of Supply Services and Commercial Manager, Airlines. As Manager of Supply Services, Michelle managed a team who provided engine parts to Rolls-Royce’s Airline customers in North America. While working as Commercial Manager, Airlines, she was responsible for overseeing all of the Airline accounts as well as overseeing the 250+ Viper-powered aircraft under the Viper-Power-By-The-Hour program.
In 2004, Michelle joined the Business Aviation team as a Commercial Manager based in Reston, Virginia. In this role, Michelle is responsible for collaborating with the sales team to contract with Rolls-Royce powered BR725, BR710, AE3007 and Tay customers on the CorporateCare program. Michelle manages all of the CorporateCare contracts and has had her hand in its development and success since its inception.
Prior to coming to Rolls-Royce, Michelle was a Database Manager in which she facilitated in the development, management and sales of a Minority Graduate Data Base for McClure-Lundberg & Associates, a small private firm in Washington, D.C.
Michelle received her BA in Business Management from the University of the District of Columbia. Michelle lives in Ashburn, Virginia with her husband and two sons.
