Bill Minkoff is a founding partner of Air Advisory a consultancy dedicated to the future of Advanced Air Mobility. Bill began his aviation career as a United States Naval Aviator. Following the Navy, Bill became an instructor pilot and Line Check Captain with Delta Air Lines, Inc. Captain Minkoff holds a BA in Economics from Rutgers University and earned his MBA in International Finance from the Owen Graduate School of Management at Vanderbilt University. Bill holds an Airline Transport Pilot Certificate (ATP) with type ratings in various aircraft from light to heavy jets.
