Ben took over leadership of McLarens Aviation Risk & Asset Management Services (RAMS) group in 2015, following 6 years in senior commercial roles within the organization. Most recently, Ben served as Commercial Director RAMS to spearhead the growth of the department through the development of a large and diverse global client base, including many blue chip corporations in the aviation finance and leasing sectors. Prior to joining McLarens Aviation, Ben spent over 10 years in aircraft leasing and co-founded a successful brokerage, Indigo Aviation. His career in the aviation industry spans over 2 decades, starting in flight operations with Boeing subsidiary Jeppesen, before moving to join global aircraft charter specialist, Chapman Freeborn, to develop their inter-airline wet leasing (ACMI) activities.
