Shelley A. Svoren - CEO and Founder of Infinite Branches

As a recovering banker, federal banking regulator, investor, and corporate financier for consumer, retail, and technology companies, her experiences over the course of her 30+ year career are diverse and complex.  She oversaw the portfolio management for an aviation lending portfolio that originated over $1Bn+ in aviation secured loans and financing facilities for aviation service providers (aircraft operators/Part 135 and wholly-owned aircraft brokers) without any losses or repossessions during her tenure.  She partnered with multiple groups to manage sales activity and minimize expenses; developed and managed multi-national budgets; structured complex credit facilities; customized analyses that identified new niche market opportunities and whether divestiture should commence; and developed and managed client, referral, and financing relationships. In addition to the aviation industry, she is additionally experienced with the complexity of owning, perfecting an interest in, and monetizing maritime, art, and winery & vineyard assets.   

Her experiences as a leader are recognized internationally.  Since founding Infinite Branches, she received The Business Concept's annual Aviation and Aerospace awards for two consecutive years and she served as the keynote speaker for FedEx Express Women's Network 2021 Annual Forum where she discussed the evolution of her career and the trajectory forward to an audience of 1,000 people globally.  She serves on the board of the International Aviation Womens Association (IAWA), as the network's VP - Leader Development, and supports the activities of the Scholarship, Mentorship, and Leadership Development committees and was an integral part in adding two new scholarship university partnerships and launching the organization's app enhanced mentoring program as well as obtaining sponsorship and grants from an international foundation to support it; and creating, hosting, and editing the organization's podcast: Connect, Inspire, and Lead.   She moderates panels and speaks at conferences regarding aviation and marine industries; writes articles and speaks on podcasts; and mentors men and women who she enjoys speaking about when they are not in the room so that doors are opened that were once closed.     

She is a dynamic thinker and continues to invest in her industry knowledge for the benefit of her clients and her community.  She earned her BS from the University of Oregon with a focus on Finance, Economics, and Scandinavian Studies and continues coursework to expand her knowledge of FinTech, business aviation, and next generation aviation industries; innovation, strategy, and scalability; leadership; Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG); and Socially Responsible Investments (SRI) issues.  The founder and her partner - an experienced equity investor - are accredited investors who collectively understand issues pertaining to debt and equity.

Zipporah Marmor - Vice President of Aircraft Transactions at ĀCASS

Zipporah Marmor has 20 years of global business aviation experience spanning sales, management and marketing.

Marmor launched her career with Bombardier in Montreal. Starting as a marketing professional, she subsequently transitioned to sales and ultimately relocated to Bombardier’s Farnborough office as a sales manager.

In 2006, Marmor took on a sales director role in Monaco with NewJet International, which was the exclusive Bombardier representative for Monaco, Italy and Switzerland. Her natural sales and management talent were quickly recognized, and she was promoted to Vice President of Sales, where she played a pivotal role in NewJet’s growth and success.

Since joining ĀCASS in 2011, Marmor has helped drive the company’s global expansion and continued growth in increasingly vital capacities. As Vice President of Aircraft Transactions, her leadership, insight and passion have helped establish the bar-setting standard of professionalism and performance for which ĀCASS's international aircraft and service sales team is known.


Jonathan M. Epstein - Partner at Holland & Knight

Jonathan is partner at Holland & Knight's Washington, D.C., office where he focuses his practice on international trade and aviation law. Mr. Epstein's trade practice includes advising clients in the aerospace, electronics, agrochemical, biochemical and other high-technology industries on export, import and related trade issues. His aviation practice focuses on representing clients before the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and the Department of Transportation (DOT), and assisting clients in corporate jet transactions and structuring of corporate aircraft operations to comply with FAA regulations.
 

Lacey Perna - Vice President & Secretary at TVPX

Lacey is a Vice President of the TVPX companies. Lacey joined TVPX as a Transaction Coordinator in 2005. She immediately contributed to TVPX’s business by systematizing the company’s processes and documentation, which allowed TVPX to vastly expand its efficiency and accuracy. Lacey also assumed the primary responsibility of managing aircraft closings for TVPX and is recognized as an expert in the business aircraft industry.

Lacey has been instrumental in the development and growth of TVPX’s owner trust, customs brokerage and aviation insurance businesses. Lacey also manages insurance and due diligence compliance for TVPX’s owner trust portfolio and processes entries and exports of aircraft for TVPX’s customs business. Lacey has made presentations on various topics to major aircraft manufacturers and other aircraft professionals.

 

Jeff Towers - Vice President & General Counsel at TVPX

Jeff has served as General Counsel for TVPX since 2004. The TVPX companies provide the aviation industry with FAA owner trust and U.S. customs brokerage services. Jeff is the past Chairman of the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA) Tax Committee and is an active member of various other aircraft related organizations in the U.S. and Europe. Jeff has given presentations on aircraft tax, registration and related issues to major manufacturers and lenders, and at various aircraft conferences including NBAA, HAI and Corporate Jet Investor.

 

Dave Vandenberg - Senior Director Structured Finance, Bombardier Business Aircraft

David Vandenberg leads the Structured Finance team with overall responsibility for maintaining and managing a global network of third party banks, lessors, and brokers that finance the acquisition of Challenger and Global business aircraft by Bombardier customers worldwide.  The team also works on special projects pertaining to residual values and innovative structured finance solutions. 

Prior to joining Bombardier Business Aircraft in 2006, he was Director of Structured Finance with Bombardier Commercial Aircraft.
